We just had a great experience with Straight Up Fence who crafted a new wrought iron fence for us that exceeded our expectations. We were a bit overwhelmed after talking to several companies, but Justin and team made the process easy. I recommend them for several reasons: 1) Expertise, they really know their stuff and most importantly explained it clearly to us so we were 100% confident, 2) Quality the quality of the end product far exceeds our expectations and 3) Customer Service - they were so patient with our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions before installation. Very happy with our new gate! Everyone involved was helpful and easy to work with. They stuck to their schedule and completed the fence installation with a professional attitude. We hired A Straight Up Fence Company to replace our fence and two gates. We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work that this team did. They are extremely knowledgeable, and the crew is very hard working. Top notch work ethic. The estimate process was thorough and accurate. The prices are reasonable and fair. We were very pleased with the integrity and work ethic of Straight Up Fence Company. They are responsible and reliable and dependable. There is nothing shady going on with this company, they are very professional. Zoey, the office manager does a great job of coordinating between the customer and the crew. We have already referred this company to our neighbor who needed help with his fence as well. So many companies just do a quick, so-so job and take the money, but this is really a good company to work for. We are very pleased with them and so happy we choose A Straight Up Fence Company. These guys communicated well, installed perfectly and had to deal with a difficult material match on an existing fence. I give this company 5 stars since this was such a great experience. As a general contractor we rely on our subcontractors for excellent performance, hitting the schedule, communicating with us regarding changes and scope, and obviously, we rely on their workmanship. Couldn’t be happier! I was installing a custom fence on top of a newly built brick wall. I’m in an old home and love gothic aesthetics. Brian understood what I was going for instantly. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and every time I had a slight tweak, he was all for it. We had multiple phone calls, in person meetings, and texts to get the fence just right.
