Washington Park, Denver Custom Cedar Fencing

This fence project has some 6′ tall and some 7′ tall cedar privacy fence with 4 gates. In the older neighborhoods of Denver the old trees make up alot of the character. Instead of cutting down trees to put up a fence we simply notched around trunks as you can see in this first picture.

This job was done for two houses next door to each other at the same time. Approximately 300 feet of old chain link was torn out and recycled before setting posts for the new privacy fences.

This picture shows the typical framework for a 7′ tall privacy fence. The 2×4’s are placed evenly to provide the most structural support. Unlike 6 foot pivacy fences 7 or 8 foot fencing comes with flat top pickets which can be installed with trim boards and top caps to give a finished look.
